  • We are currently serving the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs.

  • No. The service or membership fee covers Purpose & A Plan’s concierge services. Clients are responsible for approved purchases and third-party expenses, including:

    • Groceries and merchandise

    • Meals and tickets

    • Parking and tolls

    • Transportation costs

    • Shipping and postage

    • Vendor or service-provider fees

    • Other approved purchases

    We will request approval for significant purchases whenever possible.

  • Yes. Members may request additional hours at their monthly rate, subject to availability.

    Additional hours are billed separately from the monthly membership fee.

  • Services are scheduled in advance and depend on availability. We recommend requesting services as early as possible, especially for appointments, outings, holidays and other time-sensitive needs.

  • Please provide at least 48 business hours notice to cancel or reschedule a service.

    Late cancellations may be charged the scheduled minimum or deducted from the client's monthly membership hours.

  • Monthly membership hours are intended to be used during the month purchased.

    Unused hours may roll over for one month up to 4 hours, one time.

    Hours are non-refundable and may not be transferred unless approved by Purpose & A Plan.

  • Transportation options depend on the request, client needs, safety considerations, insurance requirements and availability. Our team is licensed and insured, and can provide transportation for the client.

    Third-party transportation costs, including rideshare, taxi or public transportation, are the client's responsibility. Additional mileage or transportation charges may apply.

  • Yes, with the client's permission.

    We may communicate with a designated family member about:

    • Scheduling

    • Completed services

    • Approved purchases

    • Logistical needs

    • Changes to scheduled services

    The client remains at the center of the relationship, and family communication is limited to the information the client has authorized us to share.

  • Purpose & A Plan currently serves clients within ….

    Requests outside the service area may be considered and may include additional travel charges.

  • No. As-needed concierge services are available based on availability.

  • No. Purpose & A Plan provides non-medical concierge services.

    We do not provide medical care, nursing, medication management, bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, lifting, transferring or emergency services.
